- Automatically charged to your credit card through Authorize.net: an industry leader for processing and credit card security. Because we use a transaction ID to identify your charge, your credit card details are not stored on our server or theirs.
- Payment plan options are available for select jewelry.
Simply choose the payment plan option from the drop down box on the product page and add to your cart. Our system automatically adjusts your invoice! When you are ready to checkout, choose the credit/debit card for payment.
Your first payment will be due at the time of checkout.
2nd payment is 30 days later.
Final payment is 30 days after 2nd payment.
For example: If you checkout on March 14, your next payments will be April 14 and May 14.
Ultimate Flexibility
You choose which items are on your payment plan.
You are allowed to have more than one active payment plan at any one time. Registered customers can view their outstanding balances by logging into our website. Unregistered customers can request their outstanding balances by email: junkyjewelry@aol.com or phone: 1-877-YOU-DAZZLE. We reserve the right to limit the number of active payment plans per customer on a case by case basis.
Declined Payments
- are subject to a 5% service and handling charge, not greater than $2.25.
- balance of plan is due immediately
- we may contact you by phone/email to arrange an alternate payment method
Cancelling a Payment Plan
Payment plan purchases are covered under our 30 day return policy.
If you do not absolutely love your purchase, simply return it within 30
days for a full refund, no restocking fees.
If you prefer, send us a
quick email and we'll send you a postage paid return envelope so you
don't have to pay the return shipping.
Registered customers can log into their account and request to return a
purchase through our system. A prepaid postage label will be mailed to
you by the next business day.
Jewelry needs to be returned in the original jewelry box.
You are welcome to keep any free gifts that were sent.
Future payments are automatically cancelled when we receive your return.
Refunds for past payments are issued within 2 business days of receiving your return.
You may want to check with your bank to find out when your credit will show on your statement.
We reserve the right to charge a 35% restocking fee for jewelry returned to us after the 30 day return time, this charge will be subtracted from your refund. We realize special circumstances may prevent you from returning within the 30 days. Restocking waivers are available for special circumstances.
